Serve it tonight: Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 4 ingredients and 6 Tbsp. Chipotle Bacon Dip Starter; stir to blend. Place mixture in a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Top the meatloaf with the remaining 3 Tbsp. of Chipotle Bacon Dip Starter. Bake 55-65 minutes; let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
Serve it later: Wrap unbaked meatloaf mixture with foil or plastic wrap. Place into a resealable plastic bag; freeze. To serve, thaw completely. Bake as directed above.
