Combine first 3 ingredients and juice from ½ lime in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake vigorously. Add shrimp to bag, turning to coat. Refrigerate no longer than 30 minutes. Preheat grill or broiler. Slice remaining limes into 24 thin slices. Thread 3 shrimp and 2 lime slices onto each skewer. Place shrimp on grill over medium heat or place on a foil-lined broiler pan. Grill or broil 4-7 minutes, turning once or until shrimp are pink. Serve warm. Makes 12 servings.
