Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice Recipe

Shred cauliflower using a blender, food processor or cheese grater until it's the size of rice. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add cauliflower rice, lime juice, Garlic Garlic, Fiesta Party Dip Mix and salt to skillet; cook, uncovered, for about 10 minutes, stirring often. As cauliflower rice starts to soften, add cilantro. Heat for another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
