Cinnamon Apple Pie Bread Recipe

Combine one package of Bountiful Beer Bread, 1 can of Apple Pie Filling, 1 bottle of Shock Top Apple Wheat (or Hard Apple Cider). Mix well and pour into a greased 15x10 glass dish or extra large casserole dish - bigger than 9x13 (or divide into two 8x8). Melt 1/2 stick of butter to pour on top, then shake Cinnamon Sugar (leftovers from the Cinnamon Muffin Melts work well) all over the batter. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gluten Free version I made this using our Gluten Free Beer Bread. It was excellent! Took it to a Labor Day party and my friends loved it too. Highly recommend it! It fits just fine in a 9X13 pan in the gluten free version since it doesn't rise as much. And I used Angry Orchard Hard Cider. I think this would work well with other types of pie filling too.
