  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 packet (1 tablespoon) Citrus Herb Seasoning
  • 2 cups broccoli slaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeño pepper, optional
  • 2 servings leftover Citrus Herb Chicken, torn up
  • 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

This is a leftover recipe for Citrus Herb Chicken.
  1. In medium bowl, combine milk and lemon juice. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Whisk in mayonnaise and Citrus Herb Seasoning; salt and pepper as desired. Stir in slaw mix, cilantro and jalapeño, if desired.
  2. Place chicken in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Fill tortillas with chicken and slaw.
