Combine first 2 ingredients. Add eggs; blend well. Knead in enough of the flour to form a stiff dough. Form dough into 2 (5”x7”) long flat loaves 4 inches apart on a greased baking sheet; bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set. Cool 15 minutes. Slice into 3/4-inch slices and rebake on baking sheet with cut sides up for about 12 minutes. Cool completely. Gently melt white chips in the microwave; drizzle over cooled biscotti. Makes 24 biscotti.
