Combine first 3 ingredients; stir to blend. Pour batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan. In a large bowl beat softened cream cheese, sugar and cocoa powder until smooth with an electric hand mixer. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Pour cream cheese mixture over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until top is almost set. Cool completely. Chill until served. Cut cheesecake into wedges, drizzle liberally with warmed Creamy Caramel Sauce; top with a sprinkle of pecans. Makes 10-12 servings.
