Preheat oven to 350°. Stack 2 wonton wrappers together; rotate the top one slightly, forming an 8-pointed star. Press into an ungreased, non-stock muffin tin. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers to form 12 total. Spritz with non-stick spray; bake about 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool.
Combine the Vidalia Onion Dressing and mayonnaise. Stir in broccoli slaw, green onion, cranberries and apple. Divide slaw between the 12 wonton cups. Garnish with sunflower seeds and more cranberries. Serve immediately. Makes 6-12 servings.
