Combine first 8 ingredients. Place mixture in loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Remove from oven; spread Merlot Sauce over top of meat loaf. Return to oven and cook for additional 10 minutes. Makes 4-5 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this meatloaf! I have to admit, I was hesitant about adding the black bean and corn salsa but it is delicious! I chose not to add the garlic garlic and think it is still yummy.
