Corn, Black Bean Salsa Scrambled Eggs Recipe

- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or to taste
Combine first 4 ingredients; whisk to blend. Scramble eggs in a lightly greased, non-stick fry pan until just set. Top cooked eggs with Corn, Black Bean Salsa and Cheddar cheese; cover and cook on low 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 2-3 servings.
