Cranberry Caramel Cobbler Recipe
- 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries
- ½ cup (1 stick) cold butter
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cranberries, Creamy Caramel Sauce and ¼ cup Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix; spread into a greased 8 x 8 baking pan (or individual ramekins). Cut butter into remaining Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix. Sprinkle over the cranberry mixture. Top with 2 Tbsp. of Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix Packet 2. Bake for 20-25 minutes until top is lightly browned. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
