Cranberry Herb Mixed Greens Salad Recipe

  • 1 packet Cranberry Herb Cheese Ball Mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½-⅔ cup pecan pieces or finely chopped pecans
  • 10 ounces mixed baby greens
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 medium shallot, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • Fresh cracked black pepper & salt, optional


  1. Prepare Cranberry Herb Cheese Ball Mix according to package directions using cream cheese. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  2. Form cheese mixture into 18 (1-inch) balls. Roll in pecan pieces; set aside.
  3. Divide mixed greens among 6 salad plates. Top with cucumbers, shallots, cranberries and cheese balls. Drizzle with desired amount of Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper and salt, if desired.
