Prepare Cranberry Herb Cheese Ball Mix according to package directions using cream cheese. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
Form cheese mixture into 18 (1-inch) balls. Roll in pecan pieces; set aside.
Divide mixed greens among 6 salad plates. Top with cucumbers, shallots, cranberries and cheese balls. Drizzle with desired amount of Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Garnish with fresh cracked black pepper and salt, if desired.
