Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir in cranberry sauce and walnuts. For muffins, pour batter in greased muffin tins and bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes. For bread, bake in greased loaf pan at 375° for 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle sugar on top of muffins or loaf before baking. Makes 14 servings.
