Cranberry Quinoa Bars Recipe

  • Peanut Butter Quinoa Bar Mix
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup dried cranberries

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine almond butter, honey and contents of Pouch 2. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave 1 additional minute. Pour in Pouch 1; add in cranberries and stir well. Press mixture in a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Makes about 16 bars.
