Preheat oven to 350°. Gently melt cream cheese in microwave until creamy; stir in Italian Garlic Bread Seasoning and eggs. Add hot water, milk, potato flakes, salt and black pepper to taste; stir to blend. Spoon mixture into a greased 2½ qt. casserole dish; dot with butter. Bake 45-55 minutes or until heated through and top is lightly browned. Makes 10-12 servings.
