Preheat oven to 325°. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; blend well. Spread batter into a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into cubes.
Whip cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Add drink mix and beat until stiff peaks form. Place 3 cubes of cake in each parfait glass or ramekin. Top with 5 marshmallows, a dollop of whipped cream mixture and a drizzle of warmed Creamy Caramel Sauce or Sea Salt Fudge Sauce (or both). Repeat layers. Top with a sprinkle of toffee bits.
