Place Sweet Pepper Jalapeño Jam in a blender or food processor and purèe until smooth; set aside. In a large straight-sided skillet over medium heat, cook and stir sausage about 3-5 minutes. Remove sausage from pan and set aside. Return skillet to medium heat; add both, purèed Sweet Pepper Jalapeño Jam and cubed cream cheese. Whisk sauce until smooth and creamy, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Stir sausage and pasta into sauce; heat gently. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve topped with chopped fresh basil.
