Creamy Turkey Linguine Recipe
Perfect for busy weeknights - this creamy pasta dish is ready in 20 minutes.
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 20 oz. pkg. turkey tenderloins, cubed
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. prepared, hot linguine
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed turkey; cook 5-7 minutes or until browned on all sides. In medium bowl, whisk together half & half, flour, Spinach & Herb Dip Mix and Onion Onion; add to browned turkey pieces in skillet, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 7-10 minutes or until turkey is cooked through. Stir in Parmesan cheese; heat until melted. Serve over hot cooked linguine. Makes 4 servings.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jdvandoren from Really good thing to help use up leftover turkey My family and I really like this. I used chopped up turkey that had been baked. 1/3 cup wine was used and about 1 more cup half and half so that sauce wasn't quite so thick.
