Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed turkey; cook 5-7 minutes or until browned on all sides. In medium bowl, whisk together half & half, flour, Spinach & Herb Dip Mix and Onion Onion; add to browned turkey pieces in skillet, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Reduce heat to low and simmer about 7-10 minutes or until turkey is cooked through. Stir in Parmesan cheese; heat until melted. Serve over hot cooked linguine. Makes 4 servings.
