Preheat oven to 400°. Place breading and eggs in separate shallow dishes. One piece at a time, dip chicken strips in eggs; let excess drip off. Press in breading to coat.
Place on a greased, foil-lined baking pan. Bake 15 minutes; turn strips and bake an additional 6 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165°. Makes 6 servings.
