Place breading and eggs in separate shallow dishes. One piece at a time, dip 1½ pounds chicken, pork or shrimp in eggs; let excess drip off. Press in breading to coat. Bake or sauté as desired. Makes about 6 servings.

Best Breading Ever!We had a fish fry this past weekend and I made two batches. One breaded in the Crunchy Sesame Pretzel Breading and the other in a cracker, flour and seasoning mixture. Hands down the Crunchy Sesame Pretzel Breading was the guest favorite! Not only was it delicious, but it looked great and fried up nicely. Definitely going to keep this on hand!
