  • 1 packet Cuban Slow Cooker Sauce Mix
  • 2 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast
  • 1 cup orange juice

  1. In a 4-quart or larger slow cooker combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or HIGH 4-6 hours or until pork is tender.
  3. Break into chunks or shred.

Makes 6-8 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, Tasty, and Versatile Cubano SLow Cooked Pork Made the cubano pork roast as directed (used pork loin) in crock pot. Just 3 ingredients and results packed full of Cuban flavor. House smelled great while it cooked, too. Ate it with some slaw on the side. Will also make some slider/sandwiches and tacos with it. May even make a small Cuban pork stew with some. (I doubled the recipe and froze half). Really awesome flavor.
