Dill Pickle Dip with Chicken Tenderloin Strips Recipe
You will lick the bowl clean! The chicken strips are so delicious and especially when dipped into this dip.
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup finely chopped celery
- ½ cup crushed buttery cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Pepper to taste
- ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
- 3 lbs. chicken breast tenderloins
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 4 ingredients; refrigerate. Mix crackers crumbs, cheese, Garlic Garlic, Seasoned Salt and pepper together. Dip tenderloins in butter; roll in cracker mixture. Place on greased baking sheet; bake 35-40 minutes. To make them crisp, place under broiler 5-10 minutes; turn once. Serve with the dill pickle dip.
