Preheat oven to 325°. Combine first 2 ingredients; refrigerate until ready to use. Brush one side of each wonton wrapper with butter. Place brown sugar in a shallow bowl; press buttered side of wonton into sugar to coat, brush off excess. Press wontons sugar side up into greased muffin cups. Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned; cool completely. NOTE: the brown sugar and butter will form a caramel at the bottom of the cup. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture into each wonton cup. Slice a strawberry in half lengthwise and then cut those pieces in half again making 4 pieces. Place the 4 pieces with the stem side down into the cheese mixture forming a circle, like flower petals. Garnish with whipped topping in the center and top with a few blueberries, cut up kiwi, whatever fruit you like to make the center of the flower.
