Combine Dulce de Leche Cheese Ball Mix Packet 1, cream cheese and egg; blend well. Open sheet of puff pastry. Roll with rolling pin to seal seams. Place on a baking sheet; spread with cream cheese mixture to within 1 inch of the edges. Arrange apple slices over cream cheese layer. Fold up 1-2 inches of pastry over the apples. (The center of the tart will remain open.) Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 400°; bake for 25-30 minutes until browned. Drizzle with Creamy Caramel Sauce. Sprinkle with crumbs from Packet 2. Serve warm.
