  1. In medium skillet, heat Avocado Oil over medium heat. Add chicken and onion; cook and crumble 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in zucchini, Citrus Herb Seasoning and Garlic Garlic Seasoning; continue cooking until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Stir in kale. Once wilted, remove from heat. Portion into two equal servings and refrigerate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tasty - kick it up a notch I used sausage instead of chicken for a little more flavor. The vegetables are flavorful but mild. Add chili flakes if you like it spicier. I'd make it again.
