Prepare Feisty Fajita Dip Mix according to pkg. Refrigerate dip while you are cooking your chicken. (Does not have to be refrigerated for the whole 2hrs.) Spread 1 TBS prepared Feisty Fajita Dip Mix on one side of Tortilla. Place some chicken on half of Tortilla, sprinkle with Fiesta Party Dip Mix. Top with some Bacon Pieces and Mexican Cheese. Fold tortilla shell over to cover chicken. Using electric griddle, heat on both sides until lightly browned and crispy. Serve with sour cream and salsa or taco sauce if desired.
