Rinse shrimp with cold water; pat dry. Place shrimp and Fiesta Party Dip Mix in a resealable bag; shake and massage bag to distribute seasoning; set aside. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat; add Garlic Garlic and shrimp to pan. Cook and stir for 4-5 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and cooked. Remove pan from heat and stir in cilantro and lime juice. Serve over rice, in soft tacos or in Caesar salad. Makes about 6 servings.
