  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1½ pounds white fish fillets (such as halibut, cod or grouper), seasoned with salt and pepper

  1. In a gallon freezer bag, combine first 4 ingredients; add seasoned fish fillets. Seal well and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
  2. Prepare grill or grill pan to medium heat. Remove fish from bag; discard bag with marinade.
  3. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer or fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
