ingredients

  • 7 oz. aged white Cheddar cheese, cubed (about 24 cubes)
  • 24 fresh mint leaves
  • 20 o. cut watermelon (about 24 cubes)
  • 24 toothpicks
  • Kosher salt
  • Cracked black pepper

directions

Thread 1 cube of cheese, 1 mint leaf and 1 cube of watermelon on a toothpick. Place vertically, watermelon side down, on a serving platter. 

Drizzle with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil and sprinkle with salt and cracked pepper.
