Garden Guacamole Warm Dip Recipe
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
- Green onions for garnish (optional)
- Slow Cooker
In large skillet brown Italian sausage over medium heat; drain if necessary. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and well blended. Garnish with green onions, if desired. Serve with chips.
Tip: For a slow cooker version, combine browned sausage and remaining ingredients in small, greased slow cooker. Cover; cook on low 1-1½ hours, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions.
