Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very yummy! made a few changes I forgot to get Alfredo sauce so I simply heated up in saucepan 1 block of reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchatel Cheese), 1 cup of skim milk and one packet of Garden Veggie CB mix. Once it was thick and bubbly added a can of diced tomatoes. Followed the rest of the recipe! My family all said they can't wait until I make it again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delish! You can lighten it up-and add more veggies Really enjoyed this dinner. I did lighten it up using Light Alfredo Sauce, part-skim mozzarella and extra veggies. I couldn't find Italian Veggies at the store so I used a Garden blend. That only covered one layer so I added a second bag of what I had in the fridge (protein blend) for another layer. For meatless dinners, substitute Spinach raviolis or cheese raviolis.
