Garlic Cilantro Rice Recipe

  • 3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1½ cups long-grain white rice
  • 1½ tablespoons OR 1 Dinner Mixer Packet Garlic Garlic Seasoning
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro

  1. In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine first 4 ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid has been absorbed.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro. Let stand 5 minutes.
