Garlic Herb Checkers Crackers Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 2-3 sleeves buttery round crackers
- 15-20 grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 (6-7 ounce) Genoa salami stick, sliced; slices cut in half
- No bake/cook
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning and Rustic Herb Seasoning. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, mix until light and fluffy. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Bring garlic herb spread to room temperature; spread on crackers. Top half the crackers with tomato halves and half the crackers with salami slices. Place crackers on a checker board platter.
Tip: Cover a checker board with plastic wrap before placing crackers on board.
