  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Whisk ingredients; set aside for 10 minutes. Whisk batter again. Ladle onto a greased, preheated griddle. Turn pancakes when tops bubble and edges begin to brown. Makes 12 (4½-inch) pancakes. Egg substitute may be used. More ways to mix it up! - For waffles, ladle batter into a greased, preheated waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Each pack makes 4 (4-inch) waffles. - Stir ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or finely chopped bacon into the batter.
