Melt the butter and mix with dry pound cake mix, 1 egg and M&M's. Using melon scoop, drop rounded scoops onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 325 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Let cool. Makes 36 cookies. Be sure not to cross contaminate mixing bowl, utensils or baking sheet from baking other baked goods containing gluten and serve separately so cookies do not come in contact with gluten containing foods.
