Preheat grill to medium. Place about four potato halves on each skewer. Place skewers in a flat, microwave-safe dish. Brush the potatoes with oil and season both sides with about a tablespoon of Malt Vinegar French Fry Seasoning.
Microwave 4 minutes; turn and microwave an additional 3 minutes. Brush the cut sides of the potatoes with a little more oil and sprinkle with a little more Malt Vinegar French Fry Seasoning.
Grill the potatoes cut side down until grill marks appear or the edges begin to brown, about 4-7 minutes. Turn and grill, skin side down, another 7-10 minutes.
Note: soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using.
