Brush shrimp with Roasted Garlic Infused Oil; sprinkle with Seasoned Salt. Thread shrimp and jalapeno peppers on skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning). Grill over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Squeeze fresh lime over shrimp. Serve with hot rice and Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Jam. Makes 3-4 servings.
