- In small bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
- Pierce potatoes in several spots with a fork. Place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH 5-7 minutes, or until fork tender but not overcooked. Let cool slightly.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Slice potatoes ½-inch thick. Spray potatoes with olive oil spray. Sprinkle with desired amount of salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until browned and desired doneness, about 6-8 minutes. Serve with onion dip.
