Squeeze out excess liquid in broccoli and place in a large mixing bowl. Add the next 5 ingredients; stir and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes then turn down to 325° and bake for another 45-50 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set. Let quiche cool for a 1/2 hour before serving. Makes about 8 servings.
