Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag. Combine next 5 ingredients in a small bowl and stir to blend; pour mixture over chicken breasts. Seal bag and shake to evenly coat. Place in refrigerator and let marinade for at least 2 hours. When ready to prepare, remove chicken from bag, cut into small (¾-inch) pieces and sautè until internal temperature reaches 165°, approximately 10 minutes. Makes 5-6 servings.
