Remove meat from the bones, along with the skin, fat and other yucky stuff. Shred chicken into a bowl. Dice celery, green onions and Red Delicious apple and add to chicken. Mix mayo (I prefer Best Foods mayo, the regular kind) and the Honey Bourbon Citrus Glaze and Garlic Pepper Seasoning together. (Sorry, I don't measure anymore, so measurements are approximate. I go by sight for what is needed to cover, along with taste and consistency of the dressing). Add mayo and glaze dressing to chicken mix and blend well. Cut croissants in half and add chicken mixture. Voila! Honey Bourbon Chicken Salad Croissants.
