Preheat oven to 375. Cut the spaghetti squash in half. Scoop the seeds out. Place the half a face up on a baking tray. Drizzle oil in each half and sprinkle Italian garlic bread seasoning on. Bake about 45 minutes or until you can pull sides away with a fork. Take out of oven and use a fork to pull the meaty part away from the skin. Serve warm.
