Serve tonight: In large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Form into 6 patties. In large skillet, heat Roasted Garlic Infused Oil over medium heat.

Add patties and pan-fry, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°, about 8-10 minutes. Top with cheese and serve on buns. Makes 6 servings.

Serve with French fries or kettle chips and a pickle spear.

Freeze for later: Combine first 4 ingredients. Form into 6 patties and place between waxed paper in a gallon resealable freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Prepare as directed above.

Tip: For smaller burgers, form into 8 patties.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yummy! I made these burgers using ground chicken and froze them until ready to eat. Because they were still partially frozen, I baked them instead of frying them. They were delicious and moist. My family agreed these should be made again! I will probably bake them again as it was so easy and they were delicious that way. This is a great freezer meal!

I have subbed ground chicken...still delicious! And last time, I topped the burgers with prepared Mama Mia Marinara and a slice of fresh mozzarella. Fantastic!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much flavor and moist! Quick and easy burger nite can ROCK! It's really that easy from start to table 30 minutes and YUMM. I did cut the mayo in half, but the Roasted Garlic Infused Oil gave it a beautiful crisp gold outside and mayo made the inside so moist!
