Cut each slice of bacon in half crosswise; set aside. Combine dip mix, cream cheese and cheese. Warm slightly in microwave. Cut 2 lengthwise slits into each pepper; remove the sliced piece. Spoon approximately 1 tsp. dip into pepper. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each and secure with a toothpick. Place peppers on grill over medium-high heat. Cook 6-8 minutes until bacon is crisp and peppers are crisp tender. Serve warm.
You will have some dip leftover to use for dipping, if desired.
Tips: To prevent ends of toothpicks from burning, soak picks in water for 30 minutes before using. You can also make these under the broiler in the oven.
