Jalapeño Mango Salsa Recipe
This is the perfect salsa to add to any meat or fish for a new, exciting flavor.
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 cup peeled, chopped mango
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 chopped pickled jalapeño
- No bake/cook
Whisk Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Jam with lime juice. Add remaining ingredients; season with salt and pepper. Cover; chill 1 hour to blend flavors. Excellent on any grilled meat or fish. May substitute peaches for fresh mango. Makes about 2 cups salsa.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Yumyouryum from It's a chutney! Yum! I've been looking for a mango chutney and this on is delish with mild fish (we actually used it on walleye). A trick that most who like sweet chutneys will figure out is to chop everything finely in order to get a good flavor blend
