Korean BBQ Flank Steak Recipe
- ½ cup apple juice
- 1½ pounds flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- Slow Cooker
- In 4-quart slow cooker, combine sauce mix and apple juice. Add steak; stir until coated.
- Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours or until beef is tender. Makes about 6 servings.
