  • 1½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet Peach Raspberry Cheese Ball Mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • Toppings such as raspberries and peaches

  1. In medium bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, butter and salt. Press into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. Carefully spread with Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread.
  3. In large bowl, combine cream cheese and Peach Raspberry Cheeseball Mix; vigorously mix until combined and fluffy.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until combined. Spread over Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  5. Top with raspberries and sliced peaches before serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So delicious! Loved this! I made it with a Gluten Free crust. Alternative crust: 1 cup crushed gluten free pretzels, 3-4 Tbsp butter and 2 Tbsp sugar. Mix and press into greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 9 minutes at 350 degrees.
