Layered Red Bell Pepper Hummus Dip Recipe

  • 1 packet Red Bell Pepper Hummus Mix
  • 15-16 oz. can chickpeas, drained (reserve 1/3 cup liquid)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • 1 diced Roma tomato
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, quartered
  • 2-3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese


Combine hummus mix, chickpeas with reserved liquid and oil in a blender. Pulse, scraping down sides of the blender as necessary, 1-2 minutes. Spread hummus on plate; top with remaining ingredients. Makes 8-10 servings.
