Preheat oven to 400°. Pour pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperonis, sausage and Pizzeria Seasoning in a medium bowl. Stir until combined. Place about a tablespoon of filling in each wonton wrapper. Dip your finger in a small bowl of water and wet two edges of the wrapper. Fold the other half over, to make a triangle, and stick the dry edges to the wet edges. Press to seal. Lay the rolls on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray them with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes until the tops are light golden brown.
