Loaded Cheesy Baked Potatoes Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet Cheesy Potato Warm Dip Mix
  • 6 medium Russet potatoes, cooked as desired
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4-5 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • Chopped chives for garnish, if desired

  1. In microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream cheese on HIGH 30-45 seconds; stir in Cheesy Potato Warm Dip Mix.
  2. Split potatoes open while hot. Top with dip, cheese, bacon and chives.

Note: To cook potatoes, pierce with fork several times and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or microwave on HIGH 5-6 minutes or until fork tender.
